If there are kiddies that want just to hack ok...
but the result is that they lame, hacking is made for knowledge...
they just want to have fun...
so, why ignore them and don't let them have fun?
then they may stop annoying us...
why not set-up a page that infects anyone visits it, and allow kiddies send ppl there ?
we all 'll get what we want...
they will have fun and will stop anoying us...
for this reason, i think i should set-up a remote infection page with a trojan, with standard port/passwd, and post the link.... so kiddies will stop anoying...
but, i will do this only if you all agree...
if not tell me not to post...
waiting for your opinions...

i agree with you Jimy,
but as longs as the admins/mods/smods choose not to take action against those, well, i guess we have to just live with it, dont you think..
ofcourse its no good, i understand clearly, but see where i am coming from?
i think its clear enough, most peeps on this board registered within the last couple of months, and they surely arent here to learn, all they wanna do is hack stros and gain respect from their fellow FXPers...
merry xmas
Hi,
Okay, a little about my background,
I admin at two such boards(fxp), which for my own happy purposes shall remain nameless and achieved the highest status on third I was once active on as many as 12 different boards. I've been around the underground for a very long time. When I started I was a teenager.
Along the way, I've picked up bits and pieces here and there, read white papers
etc etc... I even tried to learn vb and c++ with not much luck(strings?!? math = bad) I never was great at math and don't have 8-10 hours a day dumping in to studying.
I pondered installing an old full, paid for, retail, copy of freebsd a friend gave me at one point, but figure now you could drive a truck through the security holes that are out for it.
The point? While I probably am a 'script kiddie' as you classify it, I can look at a piece of code and figure out a port, I can solve problems I run in to when browsing a remote system and I try to teach others who want to learn what i've picked up over the years when they show they want to learn.
Could I forge a packet header? probably not.
Could I break in to 60%+ of the windows xp and older systems running today?
Probably.
Can I spoof my ip? Maybe, I'd prolly have to do some reading.
Can I develop my own exploits? This one is a big one, yeah I can probably muck with a program until I find a buffer overflow or something but as to how to write the code to leverage that to my advantage I'd be clueless.
My questions become this then, is there no time for those who can code to help out those who can't?
If you won't teach the skills you've learned to at least one other person, who has a genuine desire to better themselves you've forgotten your roots(pun intended).
I really dislike the term script kiddie, there are many with skills you DONT have who you may want to learn from some day may you find the same patience and attitude when you seek them out.

"Script kiddies" End up everywhere. Such is life. It just seemed that the numbers where starting to grow abit, thats all. Being the bastard I am, I made a harsh post hinting at such. Glad that there is flexibility in the administration here. Perhaps my tolerance is weakening with age! While it may not seem like it, I don't want this to become a elitist-hardass-only area, as mentioned, everyone has to start somewhere. But one must yearn to learn him/herself.
To answer your guys questions about helping a basicly non-coder out with things, I totally agree, I myself didn't learn out of the blue. Once again, I didn't mean to target those sort of things. Helping someone compile stuff is usualy a good thing, because then they can expand from there, on there own. Expand!
To sum it up, sorry - I worded this entirely wrong and far too general. But I'll stick to the word of hating people who just want want want and won't learn learn learn howto themselfs. I'll refrain from using the now mediocre term 'script kiddie' and refer to people I have problems with more directly, rather than utilizing a very general and abused term. hacking is learning is exploring is improving.
Don't expect me to post something so ignorant again. Personal sorry, and happy holidays.

This board has nothing compared to most out there with all the script kiddies sitting their boards. So the odd post asking to have something compiled we should just ignore as if the post wasn't even there. Ecentually the kiddies will learn and provide some good feedback to the board or just leave all together.
