Hi,
If i have 2 Google accounts (i.e. with adwords) can Google associate them together?

Does anyone know what information Google reads from my computer to know who I am?

Bear in mind, I am using
1. different e-mail addresses;
2. "CC Cleaner"
3. Different IP addresses

it does not help if you violate the rules in one of the accounts, google will ban both.
