i need to find my lost network admin password ... any fast+easy way? (tryd to search on google but didnt find anything that can help).

Assuming this is your router page on ip: 10.0.0.138, the default username/password for Siemens ADSL SL2-141 is 'admin/admin'. If that doesn't work, just reset the router and you should be good to go!
