I'm very new here. I am interested in buying a good smtp scanner with wich i can get maybe hundreds or thousands daily smtps. I got the money no problem. If you have a way to get smtps please let me know. Give me ur email address or msn or something so we can chat.

First: Welcome to GSO.
Second: If I understand you correctly, you're looking for open SMTP relays. You don't need to spend money for that - there are lists published daily that you can get on the internet for free. I can't vouch for any particular source or their reliability, but it's there. If, however, you're looking a program specifically to perform the scanning yourself, that's a different story.
