I already gave up on downloading music but I just realized I can't not download anything, ever. I want to work on photoshop but I need to download some brushes, fonts, patterns, etc; also I may want to download some material for studying, and I'm almost 100% that it will have viruses or spyware. What can I do, how can I take care of my laptop?

I already have NOD32 but that's it.

well i would use norton over nod 32 but nod isnt that bad but i would tell you to use ad-aware just disable the realtime protection or do a custom installation and dont install the realtime component and scan with ad-aware and you should be virtually spyware free
