if someone try to recover my password of facebook but he failed to recover so it consider as a crime ..or not

person is not even enter in my account they just try its consider as a crime or not ..

i want to know more about cyber security and related crimes and legal issue please anyone suggest me a good certification or institutes where i can get good practical things please help..

Soul301 it is illegal only if he managed to log in. It is very hard , if not impossible, to prove that a particular person logged inside your account, even if the ip and computer (MAC address) are used only by that particular person.
