Hello,

I'm new to this site, but not new to the IT world. I want to know what type of posts can be found here, wether they are geared toward Infosec, exploiting, or the wanna be hacker group.

I am a sys admin, and have been for many years, and also work on security for my network/domain. I am here because there is always something new to learn, and its great meeting people with similar interests.

I know that the news lately has been full of stories about certain groups making it seem very cool to hack or exploit. I am hopeful that young readers/posters here will see that there is much more to the security world than just hacking vulnerabilities. While those acts may seem funny at the time, it will come back to haunt you. You can use the same techniques and skills toward good and achieve success in life.
Anyway, that's my schpeal. Look forward to good discussions.

Well, it doesn't take a genious to figure out what kind of Forum GSO is. But anyway, just to give you a heads up.

1) Network security
2) Email security
3) Wifi security
4) Programming Languages
5) Windows and Linux System Administration
6) A lots more

The above ones, I'd say are the main ones.
