If you have a desktop computer without a
1. Cable connection
2. DSL connection
3. Dialup connection
4. Wifi
5. Bluetooth
Is it still possible for a hacker to remotely access the computer?

You always need a connection do the internet or a direct connection to the hackers computer, how this connection is established doesn't matter. If there is no such connection, it's impossible to remotely access the computer.
