use HTTP::Request;
use LWP::UserAgent;
use LWP::Simple;
use URI::Escape;

These right here give me errors, I execute the bot on my VPS and I get errors like:

"Can't locate HTTP/ in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/i386-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.8/i386-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.8 /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.8/i386-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.8 .) at line 3.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at line 3."

Some help would be much appreciated.

Simple answer is your program is calling for perl 'modules' that aren't installed.
Install them and it should compile/run just fine.
