It has changed slighty now, but it is meant to draw and paint. Made some assistants to help with the process :]
OK I am not sure if I under stand your theory. Your saying (with all do respect) that contraption is supposed to draw or print art on it's own? So It will think and then draw or print the image? So you theory is to remove the human? If you create such an object there is no way in my mind that it could be random. A machine or computer must have some kind of programatics to it. A machine will never think for itself. It is a machine not a human, animal or the like. You may say it is random but you have to program some level of algorithms or logics into for it to even being to "think". What comes to mind here is Will Smiths movie iRobot. If you leave a machine to make decisions on it's own could leave grave dangers. A computer has no more intelligence then the human who gave it life by codeing it's thinking process in.
The human mind can not be replicated into a machine. A machine has set rules that it must follow (If process A happens then Process B is result, if not expected do process C). Leaving the machine to make a decision is just stupid. Just like the programs that say "We will fix your registry". I never trust those cause they have no idea what I have in my registry and what should or should not be there. I can't count how much $ I have made from customers trying to fix their systems with those things. Again a machine has no way to make a logical decision withOUT human intervention.
I await your response
