Since not a lot of folks are 'aware'..
We maintain an irc presence, simply fire up your favorite irc client and attach to

SSL ports are 6697&9999.

New services are running these days, so you need to re-register your nicks/channels.
The IRC presence is provided by Stephen and myself, and maintained by me.
Any complaints I'm the guy to talk to.
Rules of the road, NO BOTS.
We can provide bots via services (once I figure it all out).
Bots will be summarily glined/kill/akill/etc.
No questions asked.
No more than two (2) attachments at a time.

In case anyone is following this thread (doubtful), it would be worthwhile to point out that the IRC channel mentioned is no longer active. Good times were had, but eventually it went.

it is a sad day indeed, I remember back in 2002 when I started the channel, time and a b usy lifestyle became hard for me to b e around for quite some time. I am glad people got some good use out of it. As you can see there is a lot of work going on around the site, maybe once we are done restoring the site we can look into pumping new life into the channel
