Fixed a few more bugs, added backup measures for task asignment to the threadpool shite.
Aand another edit, made the threadpool pick a random task from the task list each time, makes it slightly faster.

well thats a very interesting bot
i was in the botscene previously and i can see a transition from traditional ircbots to php/http bots
of course the thing is, http bots are not as developed in terms of capabilities and perhaps we can see how this goes in future
