sad news indeed, has been a great site for exploit news/POCs for years.
but sometimes people dont have the apropriate time anymore to deal with some less priority stuff, that´s prolly why he had to close it. very good while it lasted must I say

Yea, I am very sad by this. Another one of the few independent security websites that has gone down. Frankly it was bound to happen. People have much less time and the economy has made advertising dollars fall through the floor, so more money is coming out of web masters pockets. Maybe it is time for a GSO aquisition and see if we can take over the w0rm

Very sad indeed. Im sure there would be truck loads of people in the community willing to chip in and take over the sites management, leaving it the way it is.

GSO aquisition... haha. No harm in trying :P

Wow!!! :( :(

Yeah I knew it was possible but never thought I would see the day. :o

This is a very sad day indeed and if you don't care about milw0rm you just must have not been here for the glory days.

^ lol @ me saying the "glory days". < considering i started hacking back in 2004 and everything has been downhill since then is sad.

I am sick and tired of the economy and what it is doing. :s

The whitehats are going offline more and more and the blackhats are getting more vicious and malicious.

Anyways, it is what it is.

Cheers to the good times we had at milw0rm and seeing all the 0-day BoF on windows and the havoc it caused :D.

well, actually it's a bad news for me, such a great site but.. in some parts, it's better cause milw0rm was one of the sites that helped lamerz crashing the web and defacing for no reasons.

@whiskah: a russian copy of milw0rm that looks exactly the same, almost seems like counterfeit wodka > LOL

still I'm glad the site stays up, knowledge needs to be in the open, even if some skids use it for all the wrong reasons..

Good luck with the acquisition, it would truly be a shame to lose a resource like this.
