Designed for use with radmin <= 2.0 it will attempt to connect and authenticate using passwords
contained in password.txt, on successful authentication the application will write the details
to a text file using the target as its filename. It does contain the ability to multithread
different IP's though testing produced varying results and advise against.
Prerequisites: .Net framework 3.
