Hello
Work in a small project with api hooking
Want to hide a file(test.exe) from Task manager .
Before try to hook and redirect the callback function for Process32Next .But this function not use from task manager
Task manager use NtQuerysystemInformation or ZwQuerysysteminformation .
Please someone help me how create this function and hide my file

It's not much, but it's worked for me tones of times! :
The only problem with it is it doesn't hide the actual process in the "Processes" tab but it hides it in the "Applications" tab. So if you give it a legit enough name then the user may not notice it. I'll definitely look more into this (Good to get back into this stuff) and I will post further updates.
Hoped it helped a little... Oh ye and a tip if not known already, naming the file "Services.exe" can maybe be used to your advantage.
