anyone know of a reasonably functional one? one that runs hidden from users, but no need for av undetectability. Thank you in advance, sorry if this is a noob post or if i suck at google but i'v been having quite some trouble finding one.

you can use spytector, it's has a trail version free to download and try from their site, you can make it to upload logs to mail and ftp if you whants to, But some av detects the free version. But you didn't care about that so its a nice keylogger for you then.

don't trust those so called free keyloggers

using a keylogger with good reputation.

recently, many of my friend got virus when they are using the free keylogger.

If anyone is still looking into this, this is not a free solution but still a very good one, its called Ardamax Keylogger. link: http://www.ardamax.com/keylogger/
it works with email logging and provides a very good feature set for monitoring software.
it does provide options to hide from task manager, msconfig, programs and features and start menu folders.

Any way I can get one of them for free? I don't want to pay for such staff. I have been searching a free one for a long time.
