How would I go about decrypting the ClientRegistry.blob file in Visual Basic? I have the source code for a Steam Password Decryptor however I'm unable to convert it to Visual Basic. If anyone could point me in the right direction that would be great!
Thanks,

I don't think I can understand your question but, if you have the source code,
why don't you just compile it in VB?
If the source code is written in another high language like C#
then you've nothing to do with VB.
If you wanted more support you've to explain and show some of the code.

Here's a link to the webpage with the program I was looking at:
http://aluigi.alterv....org/pwdrec.htm
It's the first link on that page that includes the source code for the ClientRegistry.blob decrypter / password recovery tool.
My question was whether or not it is possible to convert his source code into a simpler programming language such as Visual Basic. If so, then how would I go about doing so?
Thanks for the help,

I've went through this prob when I tried to convert a java applet to VB
I searched for progs to convert codes but they were not for free!
So I suggest learning C++ or make someone convert it for you.
(converting is not that easy , if you want an expert with C++ post it in the C++ forum)
Best wishes
