Anyone know how i can reach the run window from command.com or cmd?

why u want to access the run menu via command prompt if u can run applications/commands directly ?

It seems that winchat uses the services "Network DDE" and "Network DDE DSDM".
Try to start those services and retry

just to add a small note on the commands you provided No Dice...

you guys should always add the proper extension and full path to the application you wish to run, not to get caught by a malicious program that could be lying there quiet in your file system just waiting to be invoked.
an example,

if you go to start - run and type cmd

1) if a file called cmd.com exists in the %userprofile% dir exists it will run ... same thing for cmd.exe ..
2)if a file called cmd.com exists in the system dir, it will be executed instead of the legit cmd.exe
