he always says me that the exploit doesent exist, but i put it into the
exploit folder.
at my computer it works. but at the other(win nt) it don't work

try msfupdate ...

try this:
cd framework
cd exploits
then use wmp_plugin_ms06_006 or any other sploit

[webdevil]

just show me the output of the this command
show exploits
