I might not go so far as to say that it's illegal, but it's most likely against company policy.also... it is illegal to bypass company firewalls, just a heads up. (damn, im such a hypocrite)

I know that this is definately a non creative tactic, but you can go to worldlingo.com and (using free website translator) translate it from english --> english. That worked for me.
Also, Websence doesn't block secure connections e.g. https://. So if you find a website that has a secure connetion then that works..

Did you have any luck Jade? I am pretty curious as to what will work in your case. As it sounds like the admins have taken a 'least access' approach to your Internet policy where everything is locked down, then a few sites which are needed for business are let through.
