Sorry if this was already mentioned I read most but not every post.
My Company Uses Webex, we have WW Corporate meetings that require management to review and make decisions from California, N. Carolina, Mayalasia, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, India, and Scotland. It does most of the functions I have seen requests for. Don't quote me, I will leave a link below, but can handle up to 2,000 people or connections, it is secure, password connected. The presenters may need to be Centralized unless it is just coincidence we never have more than 1 site presenting? Its fairly fast and can go through vpn or firewall, often a few hundred people are conferenced in from our desks to the meeting room phone and on our computers seeing the presentation, with saving copying ect options. I know the IT team pretty well, if you are interested I will see what I can talk them into, or out of sort to speak. No promises but its worth a shot if GSO needs it.
