is there not another command for shell command execution in c++?
e.g in QuickBASIC is there a command called SHELL that does it, but QBASIC is such an old language:(((
But i guess the Api WinExec should work, too

The batch2exe.com convertor is quite crappy; it can't even process this command correctly:
echo test
echo.
echo test

instead of
test

test

you get
test
echo test
