I notice that when you have a virtual device (like the one you create form nero, daemon tools etc) and try to make it region free with a region free proggie the pc reboots. Well you are going to think "why should i make it region free??" but you don't have the shity thing is when you put your region free prog to autorun on the startup it may points to the virtual drive by default(that was my prb) and your computer will restarts after the boot up. The only you can do to fix it is to run in safe mode uninstall the region free proggie and the next time you install be sure not to check "run on start up" or disable the virtual drives if you don't need them.

P.S. i hope somebody will find this piece of information useful :P
P.S.2 I didn't post it for my post number increasment(if somebody get suspicious). It just that it made mad until i find the solution to the reboots of my pc...so i thought to shar this info ;)
