Attach Nc To Executable how to?

What program should I use to attach nc to a program?
Can I configure nc to be launch w/ the parameters I want, when the program is run?

im a big fan of using YAB (yet another binder), since it allows u to use custom stubs...which means AV isnt going to detect it.
