every time I install windows, no matter if its win2000, 2003, or XP I keep getting the same files back:

Sqlserver.exe
Sqlbrowser.exe
GrooveMonitor.exe

I have done some rootkit revealer progs and I have noticed weird stuff like \???\C:\Program Files.. etc..

What is the \???\ drive?

Why do I keep getting these files back?

IS there anything I can do to stop this?

Is it possible that there are viruses stored on my videocard gpu or dvdrom drive? It's possible my hardware has been tampered with. I have used other hard drives and these files still come back, I haven't been able to buy new ram but it's possible it's in there too..

My network connections are being routed through 0.0.0.0:0

My phone recently had its network connections changed to the same.

I'm an ultra paranoid type of person, but these "coincidences" seem like no coincidence to me..

I really would like to get this sorted out.. please help.
