I just found this tools, the name and the picture are saying all...

I really don’t trust this file... The icon reminds me of a file after its been binded... Meaning there is a possibility that an undetectable Trojan could be attached and will execute when launched.. The usual suspect that creates these types of icons are VB and Perl type binders... Mr Undetectable and antidote... Or binders that don’t offer icon support... Or newbie’s that don’t know how to change the icon... Just a Red Flag and users should run on vmware or similar for testing… Any unknown file should be treated this way… Running a virus scan on files posted is pointless… Folks, Trojans are undetectable these days…

and dont forget that Gsecure (i think) made an even better one than that :)

This could jyst be me, but that icon looks all so similer to the Delphi 7 ,

of course, this is a typical file for hiding a trojan, but the icon is simply the Delphi7-Icon....nothing dangerous, anyway, did anyone tested the file?
I can't uninstall it, there seems to be some kind of "Uninstall Shield".

and how did you made that conclusion? by letting you're AV test it? ***** pleaz.
anyway better check with filemon and regmon if it does something strange....
