for getting back his pass i suggest going to hotmail and answering his secret question.
wich is probably the thing the 'hacker' did himself :)

what do you mean with 'that is a backdoor and servu'??

who he is and where he is, well it has to be someone he knows, thats most probable.
you won't go fool around with an email adress you don't know, thats just no fun at all.
It will probably be someone who has enough knowledge of the victim to know the answer to the secret question.

This means forget about your email adress.
You ain't going to get it back unless the 'hacker' is going to give you the new password.

You will have to register a new account with a better secret question and a better password. Never use the remember me option. Thats already alot safer.

And if a servu ftp is installed and a backdoor, I suggest deleting them.
give your pc a fport check (see if there isn't another backdoor or something) and start updating your os.

just had a chat with the guy the spycam was sent to, the guy was saying it was a 0-day exploit, when he ran it, it installed a backdoor and serv-u in windows/drivers. and his av picked it up. when he sent it his msn was saying msn messenger isnt right version.when he ran it the hacked msn went down and is still down.

It's good to see you upgraded from "thanks"-style posts:

MSN has a secret question feature to use if you forget your password. If he needs his MSN back, he can run that. Other than that, download Microsoft Anti-Spyware and the free version of Nod32 and scan his HD with those.
