I believe BrainBench has one, as do others, but I wouldn't put much stock in them.

Also checkout the range of excellent online training & certifications available from SANS

Check out www.sans.org and also their certification site www.giac.org

Obviously, there's quite a diff between Brainbench and Intense School & SANS, etc. I thought you meant a cheapy, look-good cert....

i have Breinbench cert... but im looking for heavyweight ones like SANS, i saw on giac.org that they have Certification and Certificate... what is the difference beteween those two?
also any of you have taken the certification from ngsec.com? i see that the percentage of passed exams is only 4.66%.... what do you think about this ngsec?

The Certification & Certificates heading is misleading. There is no diff.
