you can't delet n :( ;) on-empty folder (ftp and web ) i use WS_FTP Pro
i upload MamboV4[1].5.2.3- and i don't know hove to delete it :D

well, maybe the check is only at the registration, or only at the website (user websites should be excluded and visitable for everyone) and not the ftp account?
and there are enough fast proxys, especially if dial up=modem/isdn < =8 kb/s?
or you mean simply no flat?

however i don't know about legal reasons - if simply registration from your country is not allowed or if the user isn't allowed to live in the country where you live :D
(proxy=registration form another country!? you can see it from 2 ways...).

Must agree with you .. hosting costs almost nothing nowadays .. you'll get enough for a little ampount of money .. ( and these words come yout of the mouth of a dutch guy . :rolleyes: . )
