Problem With Mssql Execute Deny

I wantet to Deny users, to execute files on my pc.
So I found this one here in the Board

DENY {permission} ON {tablename} TO {username}

But where I have to enter it? Sqlexec? Cmd-Shell?

Hmm, how are they connected to your computer, via sql? (cause you wrote: sqlexec)
Via ftp?
Are they physical users on your system?

A Friend of me i connected to my pc via sqlexec. And he wants to Deny the admin axx to execute something...
