after this I take iismedia.exe
Successfully exploited 80.3.*.* (80)

but after this

nothing WOrk ???

where is the Shell???

The exploit doesn't check if the server is patched. That exploit is pretty old, 99% of the servers are patched. 1 out of 500 (or maby even less) are exploitable or something.
