Opening Port Of Firewall

hi all.. i know there is a way to open a ports for Windows XP firewall. there is somekind of bat file which can be executed to open ports. Do u guys have any idea on that ?

netsh firewall add portopening TCP 1337 "fkdubya"

Opens tcp port 1337 with description "fkdubya"
