Create Port Rediretion On Linux for reverse rats

I want this:

victim -port 555 ->> linux server listens on 5555 and redirects all traffic to - 666 --->> my PC


What do i need to set that up? (i am root on linnux) Will squid do it? This is very simle task i just dont know where to start. Tx all.
