I have Sony Ericsson T610, and it's mostly enough for my needs. I used to have Nokia 5110 a year ago, which is a pretty good phone with its receiving. I realized when comparing my old and new phone the truth that old phones are better than new ones

I have a Motorola v710:

http://www.amobile.ru/tel/motorola/img/motorolav710.jpg

The fone itself is good, just verizon crippled some of its bluetooth features to force its customers into paying for their content (ringers, games, etc..) I reflashed its firmware to re-enable most of the features. Also changed the WAP address from their pay-for server to my own proxy, so I can surf the web for free on it, just pay for airtime. Another cool thing I like about the service is I connect my fone to my laptop via bluetooth, and get close to broadband speeds (~150KB down, some latency tho), paying just for airtime, and I get free airtime after 9 and on weekends.

The fone has a slot for a transflash card that goes up to 512mb. I re-encoded some tv shows I like and threw them on there, and a few albums.

Heres a few links for anyone interested in the firmware hacks:

Samsung VGA1000. Sprint charges you extra for all the advanced features like web...I just say (filtered) that and don't use them.

Motorola V3 RAZR

http://direct.motoro...productid=29302

http://laptopmag.com/images/features/gearYear/Razr-V3-additional.jpg

The main thing that attracted me to this phone was it's sleek design. I also liked the features that were offered with this model such as:

Mpeg-4 Video Playback
802.11b(Bluetooth)
Digicam with 4 x Zoom
Built in Speakerphone

The size of the LCD and it's resolution were also taken into consideration. All in all, I
like this phone.
