Yes irc rocks etc I visit from time to time.

One point, xchat is mainly linux, they don't offer windows compiles on their site ;).

xchat has been ported to windows and you can find these ports on there site.

mind you i ended up uninstall xchat from my winblows because xchat didnt seem to want to load tcl scripts even though i had the newest tcl libs installed. maybe u guys might have better luck :P

Noo, its free for everyone... Eclipticx is not only for governmentsecurity.org okay most of the users are from here and iam very happy about this but illwills "community" is there too =D

I don't really connect to the IRC network alot since the IRC channel is always idle (and I'm banned from it), unlike the forums here. By the way, Stephen is GodFather, and, you should get some sort of encryption for IRC, such as FiSH, which can be found on fish.sekure.us, and an ssl extension for your client .

I think I did something wrong, I still can't seem to figure out what. I could connect through tor, which is enabled by default for network's not on the exception list, like EclipticX, but I'd rather not until I'm unbanned.
