Hi All

Few guys who are outside USA will be having trouble Hotmail since you have only 2MB space given. You mail box will be filling up fast do you need to increase your space just follow the steps given below.

Dont worry about that now there is a way to increase the Space from 2 MB to 250 MB

Steps to be followed

1) Change your country to USA
2) Close your Account
3) Reactivate your account

1) Change your Country to USA

Sing in to your hotmail account
Right hand side click on Options
Left hand side click on personal then My Profile
Go to Country and change it to USA State New York - Zip code 10001
Click on update

2) Close your account

Dont log out from your account
Just copy this link below and past it in your browser

http://hotmail.msn.c...in/accountclose

Click on close my account

Dont worry your mail will not be deleted

3) Reactivate your account

Now log on to your hotmail account using your old username and password

Note: You have to do this before 48 Hours of closing your account other wise your mails will get deleted

Check out your space now it might have got increased to 25MB after one month you will get 250MB same as yahoo

Enjoy Guys

Hey guys...

Thanks for the tip, it works great, except the zip code, your talking about doesn't work for me, but just use 10001 as zip code, then it works...

Just if anybody wanna use it...

works like a charm, except thing with the zip code problem at first... :)

Cheers!

I tried the trick 5 months back.......it only increase to 25MB......not sure if the increment to 250MB is based on the country user is in coz I surely didn't get 250MB......

Nonetheless, like above posters had said, there are other better email providers like Google and Yahoo..... :D
