Please Help Install Hardware on Redhat 7.3

Hello
I've trouble installing my ethernet card. I've the driver but not "pkgadd" nor "admintool" is installed.
I did'nt find them in the net.

please guide me how to install the driver

The name of your Ethernet Card would be very helpful.

Also, just a quick note. You might want to try to search google for the install because A LOT of people document their installs of drivers.
