i still dont see the use of having a harddrive to which i can write with a maximum of 15kb/s or even less. Its not cost-effective and it just takes resources from someone who is trying to provide free services for people who actually need that much space for email.

But then again this is not the right place to bother about that. :blink:

this script isn t realy performant!
i cp ed 1MB with a 60k upload in 1 minute an 7 seconds. thats realy slow!

Well yeah, but still what if i want to use my gmail as an partition when my filesystem is reiserfs not ext2 ot ext3 ? it just wont work when i try linux_reiserfs any ideas ?

Yeah, just verified GMailFS 1.08 is no longer connecting. It was handy to share small files with other people.
