Fixing The Max Number Of Concurrent Connections for Windows XP SP2

Here is a patch i found. took me forever to find this goddamn thing.

Instructions:

1)download the patch
2) run it like this: patch.exe -L=[number of max connections]
3) type Y for it to change
4) after that a windows popup will come askin for your windows cd. click cancel.
5) reboot and you are done

Why should i do this?

Well in SP1 the max number of concurrent connections was 50. MS changed this to 10 in SP2 in order to slow down the spreading of viruses and worms, thus causing scanning apps and P2P apps to slow down as well. I recommend everyone patch this if you use P2P Apps or if you scan.
