I have a problem with IIS configuration, and I do't know how to solve it..
I make a Virtual Directory called "images", and I putt my file "index.html" in it, but when I browse it with IE, I get an authentication window asking me to type in username and password....
I tried unchecking boxes "Allow anonymous..." and "basic Windows authent.." but none of the combination gave me results I wish...
There is allways this error:
HTTP 401.2 - Unauthorized: Logon failed due to server configuration
Internet Information Services
How do I disable this asking for verification?

Right click on the folder itself and goto sharing and security and add permission for IUSER group from your list to allow for visiters to you site to access the file or directory thus displaying the index.html you have created in the directory
