Not had time to check this, but maybe could lead to exploit?

Microsoft Windows XP nested directory denial of service
When 122 subfolders are created and menu is accessed for the last one, the system
reportedly crashes.

can`t be used to exploit at least not root u don`T seem to be able to inject any code there and injected code wouldn`t be usefull on a crashed system i guess

uhm, what about windows server 2003 ?
would be a nais way to crash a ts server
