Ssl And Ioftpd?

Well here is the deal, Im tryin to make my ioftpd require SSL but i need a certificate maker. ioftpd forums give me a link to M$ but they removed it.

Would anyone know where to find one?

Btw don't forget that if u install ssl u can't run ioftpd as service....
