Don't you have friends with computers
use a faster hash algorithm in place of the openssl ones then recompile it
ive had a few probs with the headers but will have time in a month or 2 to try and get them to work correctly
over the summer ill be making the full config 4 tables for
LM NTLM and MD5 if you want these ill be charging P+P and the cost of a hard disk to fir them all Buz
We just need to find someone that has a server with a lot of storage and transfer. Because I would be willing to upload all my tables, I have the following,
lm alpha 0-4 7 characters lm numeric 0 and 1 7 characters lm alpha numeric 5-8 7 characters ntlm alpha 0-4 7 characters ntlm loweralpha 0-4 7 characters ntlm numeric 0 and 1 7 characters ntlm loweralpha numeric 0-3 and finishing 4 as I type. 7 characters If we had a few people willing to host some of the tables everyone could have a shit load of tables. And the nice thing is these things compress pretty well. I have a RAR of lm alpha 0-4 that is 262megs and uncompressed its 625megs! thats pretty damn good! So if we had a couple people with good servers or maybe the nice people at Government Security wouldn't mind hosting the lm alpha tables 0-4 OR! Government Security could sell the tables by CD or by download VIA paypal. I wouldn't mind contributing... Inquire within ;-)
I also have about 6 Gb of tables to share
All we need os a ftp with lots of server space
They arent any way to make them faster, since it uses CPU power. Now I have another question I've made the alpha tabels, and testet them. Now are there any way to "upgrade" them to alpha-numeric without having to regenerat all the tabels again? maybe by just generating the missing tabels, and then import them into the old ones. What i mean is, I already have aa, ab, ac hashs.. but not hashs with numbers in it ie. a1, a2, a3, jehh3ks, 83kk233 are there any way to generat a tabel with the new number hashs, then import the new tabel to the old one, and resort maybe by the "copy /b" command? Hope you got the picture
lol Thebass, I got the picture, not possible though
The tables are stored in a special way, it doesn't even has the hashes in full text into it. Read the info on the rainbow homepage if you want to know more. But it's not possible at all
bah..
Okay thanks
Can't you change the Process Priority (or sumthing) to high or realtime ?
that usually helps about those FTP's for storing rainbow tables ill post back
Would be awsome
I have a cable modem & I can setup an FTP but I'm not sure if it will hold the bandwidth strain. I have the LM Alpha-Numeric tables and will share them. The tables I have take up 3 Gig. I can zip them to about 1.5 Gig but that's a large file for a cable modem. I will post back to see if I can get an FTP to work with my firewall. Another idea is I can burn them to a DVD and sell them for the cost of shipping/DVD-ROM. It would cost about $6.00-12.00 USD to make and send them almost anywhere. It only cost me $7.00 total last time I sent then to Australia (DVD-ROM $1.50 USD shipping $5.50 USD Airmail)
