filter.dll don't filter folders, anyone knows an alternative that does this?
i know u can set it in flashfxp but i more preffer an eventhook dll for serv-u

that's what the above tools doing.
Servuevent.dll is the plugin for servu,
and the other tools working together with that dll plugin to filter the directories.
With them you can dupe checking the uploads on servu,
and also you can filter the uploads,
by specifing the non permited words in a ini file.
So, you can ban every word u like (german, italian, etc) on the specified folders,
so every new dir that contains that banned words, won't be created from servu.
Isn't that what you want ?
