How can I block ports in Windows..? Any commands..?

Depends on what ver of windows, Win 2000 you can use IPSec to filter ports.

Thanks a lot, I am using Widows 2000 Small Business Server, Ofcourse I have installed ISA server. I could not block Yahoo Messenger with it.. Could you help me to block or Control instant messengers with ISA..?.. Please..
