Well, I'd trouble using perl script, because when they need arguments and I don't know,So when I click on them a Console window apears and closes as fast as I couldn't anything! So I've solved this problem by a few programming.
if you have a same problem, then try it!
(it can be used for other scripting languages too)

The ease way would have been to press windowskey + "r".
Type "cmd" , and run the file from there.
When the doswindow is open already, it wont close after executing the script.

you are theoritically right. But I'd another experienced. I've installed both ActivePerl and Perl-5 for windows on a Windows ME, and it was not that easy as NT serries.
