Well, I'd trouble using perl script, because when they need arguments and I don't know,So when I click on them a Console window apears and closes as fast as I couldn't anything! So I've solved this problem by a few programming.
if you have a same problem, then try it!
(it can be used for other scripting languages too)

The ease way would have been to press windowskey + "r".
Type "cmd" , and run the file from there.
When the doswindow is open already, it wont close after executing the script.

I've installed both ActivePerl and Perl-5 for windows on a
Windows ME, and it was not that easy as NT serries.
