When i connect me from remote computer (windows 2003 server)
I have his user,pass but i get the messagebox:
"the local policy of this system does not permit you to logon interactively"

How do you do to connect me from this target

you have to add yourself to the list of users alowed to remote connect

or you have to do/finde out an admin axx on the remote box this is mutch better coz with user account you dont have system rights.

Thats about right.
You have to allow yourself to login through the local security policies (MMC), and probably need admin rights to do so.

someone used Secure.bat on the box...

i usuallly find if you have dial in access "disabled by default in Active.Dir.
then u can terminal server in as that user."
