well, you may know what cheops is and how it is important for Hacking.
I want to know is there any program that can do the same for windows?
I've started to develop a simple one But I want to know if there is any?

I've Download SNMPc, But it seems to need Boxes Password!
i was searching for a tool that pings hosts
I know SNMPc has ping option too, But before that it needs Password!
