Full Version: Use Sin Notification?
Eyeless
I see ALOT of you use Static IP Notification or SIN; well I would advise you to stop.
All someone has to do is look at the IP that your server is trying to connect to and Viola one email to your ISP and your account and maybe your freedom are gone. I know for all you n00bs that are trojaning dont think it is this serious; however these activitys are a serious crime. If you get your server on the wrong box (like mine for the one targeting me wich im getting very close to getting) you could be in deep sh#t. SIN notification is the EASIEST way to get caught, for all who enjoy a Static IP just go sign up for a Account a no-ip.com or something similir. The reason I am taking the time to write this is, well, after a Year and a half of trojaning and REPEATED warnings my friend is now in jail. I want you all to read this article, its probly been posted here before but if not it is a valuable read. Get it HERE

thank you for this.
btw, if u setup an account on no-ip.org will u be masked totally? or if the person you hacked got ur "internet name" he could also contact the no-ip staff and ask your real IP-adress..

or u got some more information about what is the best (*most secure*) way of hiding your ip?

SIN put him in, he was just doing simple stuff using scripting to launch exploits and I guess he was doing it very frequently. Site traced back to orgin IP wich was his Vic of course... And next thing you know the Feds are breakin down the door. Upon investagation they have charged him with a bunch of shit.. Electronic espenoge or some shit like that and conspericy to commit something; didnt get too clear of a ansewer here; his mom was paniced. He had a bot net wich is now trying to be used to blame him for more crimes... I dont know but I think he'll make it out of jail soon is what I understood from his mother but there are some REALLY BIG fines comeing his way. If you read the attached article, it says how they charge you, this is intirly true.

The most secure would be ICQ or IRC being in that you can use a proxy to sign-up and connect too the service. Use ProxyCap or SocksCap when connecting to a victim directly if your client doesnt have proxy support. Also CGI if you can get a free account with support; make sure to use a proxy with all visits to the site to signup and get notify... Lookup "Chaining Proxys" for a even safer meathod. No-ip.org may give your IP to authoritys, however it says they wont in there non disclosure.... Assain trojan and Nuclear Uploader use a text in wich you place on a site and it is read from there; this isnt difficult to find your IP however it offers SOME protection. Be carefull guys; if anyone has more anonymous meathods of notification please post. Also there is something I was reading about a ftp meathod wich seems to be pretty secure, search if interested.

i think irc is the esaiest way, just use some kind of program that has an encrypted ini, and then all they can get is the irc network but no channel
SCVirus
don't send it too a channel, have it work through privmsg's and you don't have to worry about hijacking.

Forgive my paranoia, but if you're into heavy stuff, you'll NEVER EVER EVER want to have an ip with your name on it (be it cable, adsl, dialup, you name it) associated with your victim. Not a single ICMP, nothing! I've given this a lot of thought lately, and the only 'secure' way I can think of is ICQ/IRC/CGI/etc via wireless.. Just wardrive your town a bit (not your neighbourhood where people might know you as a computer freak! smile.gif ).. i'm certain you can find enough open ap's to befit your needs..

cmd /K nslookup ***.no-ip.com will also give ip...

humm.. i don't hack randomly, only certain people (before doing it, i know the intelligence of the user though and become 'friends'...) so that's ONE way to not get caught... sending it to a public place that isn't logged (whatever kind of place you may consider, IRC is probably best..) is a good way to not get caught too wink.gif

I too have had something similar to this man's friends experience. I got busted too, except for breaking into another computer system. I was only 13 at the time though, so I got off pretty easy. Anyways, point being, you gotta be careful. Everyone harps on it, but it's not for most new commers real until they get caught and then they see how important it is.
I whole heartedly agree with the whole masking your IP and all of that. But like what was posted above, I am a strong believer now in war driving, and finding a way into a wireless network and going in through there.
And as we all know. DON'T HACK WITH AOHELL!!!!!

Ummm dont hack with AOL??? AOL has never tried to prosocute ANYONE directly or indrectly useing there systems or aginst there systems. Well, enless you SPAM! And they have only attacked like one guy that sent 1 billion plus.... I think maybe a second person too...for the same.. This is the reason AOL CRACKING progs dont use a proxy... And if your signed on to AOL you can use there proxy servers to launch anonymous attacks...

Well I read from a text in 2600 call get arest by federal that you probably have all ready read every one that irc chanlle where log and search for some word so you will need your channel to be password (and fi tehy are logging the entire server well irc become unsecure)
