Is there any Trojan out there that can share a folder on the remote pc in windows 98. For Windows 2000,Xp "net share" does the job but "net share" is not available in windows 98.Or is there any tool like "net share" or batch file that can do the job.

Win98 knows netbios sharing just like any other windows. So what's the real problem here? You need a trojan to do the sharing on win98? Why the (filtered) would you need that?
